BigFix
BigFix [big·ficks] n. a centralized operating system patch management service (software client) put out by UIT that is supposed to make Stanford's network more secure, but was originally lambasted for privacy issues1; a mandatory installation, if wish to connect your device/s to the Stanford Network. *note: the word "big" is often used in the naming of Stanford "events."
